What big irony! Who is dirtier than they are?

We go online to play and chat,

or do shopping in a convenient way;

All to make life better.

Yet the US strikes at everything

in the virtual world,

while US politicians spread lies via Twitter,

把整个网络弄成谣言的安乐窝

turning the platform into a harbor for lies.

世界早已互联

只有美国忙着剪网线

The world has long been interconnected.

Only the United States

is busy cutting the wire;

整个互联网世界里

美国就像一片孤岛

The whole world is working together,

except for the US.

The US is deeply divided,

动辄互撕

整个推特杀气腾腾

a problem inherited by its

social media networks,

where conflicts break out easily.

有人说这叫“自由”

哪知道推特删帖是老手

Some say this is "freedom".

But it is "freedom" for only a few.

事实证明

禁锢美国政客的

不过是过时的冷战思想

It is Cold War mentality that

imprisons US politicians,

只要脑袋空荡荡

上不上网都一样

the internet only makes

their empty heads emptier.
